Shipping Policy

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The delivery period consists of two stages:

• Processing time:
Within 1-3 business days after your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.
• Delivery time:

• United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
• Rest of Europe: 8-12 business days

Shipments are handled by (Royal Mail / DHL).
All shipping times are exclusive of customs delays. During busy periods like Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delays may occur.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer our customers free shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package. If you want to be sure that your package will arrive intact, we also offer premium shipping. This does involve costs.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order here:  For logistical reasons, shipments may be sent in multiple packages.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK?
It may take up to 5 business days for the location to be updated. We kindly ask for your patience.
